Customer Strategy Day
We were delighted to welcome over thirty customers and stakeholders to our Customer Strategy Day on 8 July in our Solihull office.
The event helped to launch our Draft Statement of Planning Principles - the starting point for our 2026 Business Plan. It was also a valuable opportunity to reflect on our progress, share future priorities and hear directly from customers on how we can continuously improve.
Themed around ‘embracing change’, the event was packed with presentations, polls and interactive workshops, which made for a fascinating, productive and illuminating day of discussion.
We also unveiled our refreshed brand and reinforced our commitment to being a trusted, innovative company that delivers value added data services for the gas industry.
