“Do you support investment in BP26 to fund an independent VfM Review ahead of BP27?”

This section of the SPP summarises the investments we are proposing for inclusion in BP26.  Most of the investment areas are familiar, having featured in previous Business Plans, including budgets to deliver industry code-related changes into central systems (e.g. following approved UNC, REC modifications) and to sustain critical central infrastructure (e.g. UK Link and Gemini).  The list of proposed investments also includes the next phase of Project Trident and scope that will enable us to develop CDSP services to the benefit of Customers and progress towards Net Zero.
