With fantastic opportunities ahead and challenges to collectively overcome, it’s never been more important for the team at Xoserve to have the required capacity and capabilities to deliver for Customers.  We have been augmenting the mature, experienced Xoserve team of CDSP with specialist know-how with the collective aim of delivering excellent CDSP services now and into the future.  The SPP describes how BP26 development and delivery will be driven by the Xoserve Leadership Team, and how engagement will be supported via the newly installed Xoserve Customer, Communications and Project Trident engagement teams.  It states how the process will be informed by our Industry Projects and Service Management teams and controlled via our Enterprise Architecture function.
