Xoserve Customer Strategy Day

For those who have registered for our Customer Strategy Day on 8 July, we’re looking forward to hosting you to discuss priorities, share successes and work together with you to develop our future plans. The Customer Strategy Day kick starts the development of our 2026 Business Plan, which sets out how we will deliver for our customers. The content will cover:
- Business Plan progress and reflections
- Business Plan 26: Statement of Planning Principles and launch of the Business Planning Cycle
- Customer Experience Team introduction
- Project Trident: Playback of early workshop findings, introduction of the OBC timelines and Greenbook customer journey
- Decarbonisation
