Business Plan 2026
A message from James Rigby, Head of Customer Engagement, Xoserve
It’s my pleasure to start the process of BP26 engagement by announcing the publication of the Draft Statement of Planning Principles (SPP). I’m happy to be doing so via this dedicated online portal, which will be your go-to place for all BP26 content as we progress through iterative drafts of the Business Plan.
We want BP26 to be the most collaborative yet and have been considering how we can make it as easy as possible for Customers to interact and influence how the plan is built and how it evolves through multiple drafts. A new feature for this year is the inclusion of forum style functionality in this portal, where we’ll encourage real-time discussion both in and outside of the consultation windows that follow each draft being published.
We’ll also be asking you ‘how we’re doing’ at regular intervals via polls that will pop up in these pages over the coming weeks and months. This will enable us to build and use quantitative data to help shape the Business Plan, as well as the qualitative feedback we welcome via written consultation responses and verbal feedback at multiple BP26 events.
The SPP outlines the strategic framework and principles that guide the creation of BP26, setting out our approach to building Trust through fantastic engagement, intuitive content presentation, effective assurance and clearly articulating Value for Money. It also describes our approach to Innovation, containing a summary of the investments we will be proposing this year and how the new capacity and capability we have introduced will enable us to Deliver excellent CDSP services on behalf of our Customers.
Thanks for visiting this portal and for your engagement with BP26 - we look forward to collaborating with you soon.
