I am pleased to present the final draft of our Business Plan 2026-29 (BP26).

This draft incorporates the feedback we have received from Customers during the consultation period and from our BP26 Draft 2 webinar. Thank you to everyone who has shared their comments and feedback with us. Details on the key changes made are available in our You Said/We Did Summary.

Whilst there is no consultation window and no further changes will be made to the BP26 Final Draft, we welcome your feedback. Any correspondence received will be presented to the Board together with Xoserve’s response, ensuring transparency and consideration of your views.
